Juice'd
Juice’d is a hip, sophisticated yet casual juice bar that is open to the public. It is a business that sells Freshly squeezed juices and also many other goods, but the main focus are the juices served to our customers. Everything that is served to our customers is 100% organic; this is to imply that everything is all natural and healthy which is sticking to the “healthy” category.
The reasons for choosing this business is that there is no other business like this on the market at the moment, As well as we are combining two successful ideas (Juices & the Drive Thru) to hopefully make us as equally successful. Our location will be within the Joondalup shops. We plan to build it and open it for Spring 13 and have a few loyal customers by summer. Our reasoning is cold drinks are more often purchased than not in the summer than in the winter. We are opening in spring as the location will be busier this time of year due to all of the extra students on campus (i.e. Ecu Students, Tafe Students and Police Academy Students) as well as the Joondalup community as it will also be school holidays for the kids.
Our two main competitors we believe will be Muzz Buzz and Boost Juice. The competition we will have with Muzz Buzz is the Drive Thru aspect it has just like us, and the fact that they do bring out a few cold smoothies in summer. The other being the Joondalup Boost Juice as their main product is Juices/smoothies that give people within the shopping centre easy access to drinks, As well as last year they were one of the highest grossing Boost Juices within Western Australia. In order to manage these competitors it is best that we try to market our products more then them and also to apply quick service for our customers as well as great customer service as we want our customers have the best experience they can have and enjoy themselves. This Business was chosen mass marketing; it is not going to be Niche market as such as we would like to make as much revenue in the first 12 months as possible.
The main target audiences for this business are the people that are being healthy, so mainly the health conscious audience or for people on the go. The only market we would be overlooking would be people without a license, although we will have a kids menu to ensure we cater for everyone in the vehicle. Our main product will be Juices, but there will also be a range of smoothies, milkshakes, fruit punches. In the winter season we will expand our product to Soups and Coffees. Our main focus will be making great quality drinks and with lighting speed service. Once the Business is up and running, and the business starts to make a lot of revenue the drive thru juice bar will expand bigger to more shopping centres through out Perth.
